About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will manage the sales process from initial contact to deal closure using established tools, systems, and training provided. The position is suited for candidates with a strong background in B2B or consultative sales who thrive in a structured and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain professional relationships with potential and existing clients
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, and other digital channels
- Manage sales pipeline activities and update CRM tools accurately
- Participate in scheduled team meetings and training sessions
- Consistently complete daily sales activities in line with performance expectations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in business development or consultative sales
- Demonstrated ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and well-organized
- Proficient with CRM platforms and virtual communication tools (training provided)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
